Welcome and thank you for visiting the Kansas Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (KAMFT) website. KAMFT is a state division of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing advocacy, support, training and other resources to the profession of Marriage and Family Therapy and to AAMFT members of Kansas.

    KAMFT supports Kansas Senate Bill 217.  This is the bill that removes any indication that BSRB licensees need to obtain separate licensure to provide substance abuse services. Calls and emails to State Senators/Representatives would be appreciated!
